Yes. We recommend using a warm-white LED bulb — it stays cool to the touch and uses very little energy. The finishes are non-toxic, making it lovely for living rooms, bedrooms and children's spaces.

Tip: A warm-white bulb gives the softest, cosiest glow in the evenings.

Each lamp is handmade to order and usually takes 2–4 working days to craft with care.

After dispatch, delivery typically takes around 2 working days within the UK. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as it's on its way.

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, we'll send you an email with a tracking code so you always know where your lamp is.

Yes, as long as you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order — please email us at info@lyvenn.uk and we'll sort it out for you.

After that, your order may already be in production, so do get in touch as soon as you can.

You have 30 days from the day you receive your lamp to let us know if something isn't right.

Simply email info@lyvenn.uk with your order number and a brief note (and a photo if it arrived damaged). We'll take care of the rest. Refunds are processed within 7–14 working days of receiving the return.
