Returns & Exchanges

We want every lamp to find a happy home. If something isn't right, we'll make it easy.

Can I return my order?

Yes — if you're not fully happy with what you received, you have the right to return it within 30 days of receiving your package.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • 1 The order must include all original parts and packaging, in the same condition as received.
  • 2 The product must have been handled normally. Damage caused by misuse will not be accepted.
  • 3 Hygienic products must be thoroughly cleaned before returning.
  • 4 The product must have already been defective upon delivery.
Please note Returns are processed within 7 business days. If conditions are met, your return will be confirmed within this period. We reserve the right to refuse returns if we suspect the item was used or damaged for reasons not caused by us.

How do I return my order?

If your order meets the conditions above, simply follow these steps:

Include the following in your email: Your order number · Reason for return · Photo of the item (if damaged) · Your full name · Your shipping address

We'll send you the return address Do not return your package to the sender's address.
⚠️ Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not offer free returns. All returns must be shipped at the customer's expense to our central warehouse in Asia.

Cancellation & Right of Withdrawal

As a private (non-commercial) customer, you have the right to withdraw from your contract within 30 days of receiving your order.

Important Because we work with a fully automated processing system, orders are handled immediately upon receipt. This means cancellation is no longer possible once an order has been placed. Refunds can only be processed after the returned items have been received.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please email us clearly stating your request at info@lyvenn.uk. The withdrawal will be considered valid once the returned item has been received by us.

My order has already been shipped

Our products are shipped from Asia, which may result in longer delivery times. This is beyond our control.

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please wait for the delivery and then follow the return instructions above if needed.

You're welcome to inform us in advance if you intend to return the product. To help us process your return quickly, please send us proof of return shipment once the package is on its way back.

What happens after I return?

Once we receive your returned product and written notice of withdrawal, we will refund all payments within 14 days.

Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed. No additional fees will be charged for the refund itself.

Reminder Return shipping to our warehouse in Asia is always at the customer's expense. We recommend using a tracked shipping service so you always have proof of postage.
